A dessert which would be garnished with a caramel and cardamom ice cream quenelle will not feature a partner of an iced latte with frozen cardamom and caramel ice cubes that will deliver the first truly paired dessert and coffee program, here the competition simply pins two products at random, sometimes because of a shared ingredient or purely because of its matching color tones. AYA dessert pairings will literally complete one another—the coffee to the sweet and the sweet to the coffee.
